While again questing for my Worgen Druid I came across another flock of sheep in Gilneas.

Sheep Flock–Tempest’s Reach

While levelling up my Worgen Druid I came across a road blocked by a flock of sheep in “Tempest’s Reach” I found it amusing so I have added screenshots below and a map of where they are located (where the cursor is). Below that I have included a screenshot of what an animal would instinctively do to them. MASACRE.

Today my Worgen Druid managed to reach level 8 allowing her to become able to change into Cat Form being a druid and all. I managed to get a great screenshot of her running.

When to visit your Archaeology Profession Trainer

This is a quick post to inform any wow archaeology specialists out there that the key points to stop by your Archaeology trainer are as follows:

• 120 – Expert
• 200 – Artizan
• 275 – Master
• 350 – Grand Master
• 425 – Illustrious

The easiest Archaeology trainer to find (especially when you can fly in Azeroth) is the one located in the Library in Stormwind Keep, Stormwind.

Goldenscale Vendorfish: Prime Location – DarkCrest Enclave

I remembered today that quite a while ago I caught a “trash” fish out in Outland that I could sell to the Vendors for 6 gold. Not quite remembering the full name I searched for “Vendorfish” and found the “Goldenscale Vendorfish” this is a pretty rare fish caught in Outland with apparently a 1% drop rate from fishing pools.




Today I went back to “Zangarmarsh” and circled round for a couple of hours looking for the elusive fish schools. I successfully located two fishing pools in the area marked in red on the map below, both of which successfully dropped the “Goldenscale Vendorfish” worth 6 gold a pop. Most of the Outland fish will sell in the auction house for a minimum of 1g a piece but since the “Goldenscale Vendorfish” is a “trash” grey item no-one would bother buying it unless it was very cheap and they could sell it to a vendor for 6g.

Both the fishing schools which successfully dropped the “Goldenscale Vendorfish” for me were “Brackish Mixed Schools” and I currently have a 22% drop rate of the “Goldenscale Vendorfish” in “Darkcrest Enclave”.

While on the flightmaster back from Hillsbrad Foothills to Stormwind City, I passed over “Menethill Harbour” its surprising how a little flood can make a big difference.

Singing Sunflower Companion

When you complete the final quest in the mini-game in “Arathi Highlands” located at “Brazie Farmstead” you are awarded the “Singing Sunflower” companion. Its basically a cute little smiley sunflower that randomly sings to you.

It randomly says things like

• ”Theres a zombie on your lawn”
• “Bee Bop a doo bop etc”
• “La la la la la la la”
• “Doo di doo di do di doo dii”

Celestial Steed Variation

While in the Swamp of Sorrows I noticed that the “celestial steed” appears to be a different colour. This is probably due to the lighting in the area but it looks cool non-the-less. The below screenshot shows the “Celestial Steed” in the new “Swamp of Sorrows” area.
