While working on completing the "WinterSaber Trainers” quests in “Winterspring” I was going around killing “Winterfall Ursa” for one of the quests and to my shock and amazement the first one I killed dropped a “Azure Whelpling” companion.
This is wonderful news which I would like to share!

Release a tiny dragon: Fettered Whelplings | Burning Steppes
While out mining in the “Burning Steppes” I came across a location where there are tiny coloured tethered dragons. You can in fact walk upto them and release them without even being on the quest that they are there for.
The co-ordinates for this location in the “Burning Steppes” is 25.64, 66.09 and the creatures you see below are the “Fettered Green Whelpling”, “Fettered Blue Whelpling” and the “Fettered Bronze Whelpling”.

How to remove / hide wow chat
If you get annoyed at constantly seeing the chat interface on your screen there is a simple solution. I have found an addon called “Hide Chat Button” which when installed will hide the chat interface at a click of a button.
Simply click the red icon to show/hide the chat interface!
You can download this fantastic and useful addon at http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info17691-HideChatButton.html
Thanks goes to Phemoir for making it!
1. Make sure you have WOW closed.
2. Go to http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info17691-HideChatButton.html
3. Download the addon by clicking on the "Download" link on the top right.
4. Once downloaded unzip the file and save the files to the "Interface" > "Addons" folder where your blizzard game is saved.
5. You can then load world of warcraft and the HideChatButton addon will show in the character select screen under "Addons" where you can enable/disable it.
If you have found this post useful or have any further questions please feel free to comment below and I will update the page with the information that you require.

Giant Rare Spider: Creepthess
While farming spider silk in Hillsbrad foothills I came across a Rare (silver dragon) spider apparently known as Creepthess. I have never seen this spider before and thought it would be a good inclusion.
Creepthess was located at 43.68, 74.56 in Hillsbrad Foothills
(Click on image above to enlarge and view map)
When I killed the spider (in hope for spider’s silk) Creepthess dropped “Shimmering Sash of the Whale” a green item.

How to set preferred ground and flying mounts with addon Useful Extras.
If you are a gatherer on World of Warcraft there is a free addon out there known as “Useful Extras” which will allow you to auto mount after collecting from mining / herbalism nodes on World of Warcraft.
You can download “Useful Extras” from:
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/usefulextras.aspx
The defaulted ground and flight mounts may not be the mounts that you like to use while playing World of Warcraft so here is what you need to do once you have useful addons installed to change the preferred mounts.
Show a list of your mounts
You will then be shown all the names of the mounts that you currently own.
- /ue list mounts
To set default flying mount
In the text/chat box type:- /ue setflyer NAMEOFMOUNT
To set default ground mount
In the text/chat box type:- /ue setground NAMEOFMOUNT
I hope this helps!
Any questions please contact me.

No updates until the 25th March
Just leaving a note to say that I wont be updating SimplyWarcraft.com again until the 25th March. This is because I will be soon moving house and will not have Internet connection for a minimum of 10 days starting the 15th March.
Additional to this I have allowed my subscription time on world of Warcraft to expire until I have Internet again. I personally do not see any point in paying for something that I cannot use.

SimplyWarcraft: Reorganised
I am in the process of designing a very pretty new design for SimplyWarcraft. To help make the implementation easier I have labelled every post that has been made to the site which you can see down the right side of the site under Labels.
Preliminary design for www.simplywarcraft.com
The server migration has now completed so there should be no downtime for SimplyWarcraft.com.
This will hopefully help people find the information that they require since this version of the site does not have a search box. This will soon change.
I hope that you will enjoy your visit at SimplyWarcraft.com and I hope you will be able to find what you need. If you require further assistance please feel free to contact me at
mail@simplywarcraft.com or write a comment on one of my posts.
