A change of profession... a bad idea

Last night I decided to change one of my professions from Skinning to Jewelcrafting... after doing so I decided that it was one of the worst decisions that I have made and I have gone back to Skinning. Its not too bad starting from scratch as it gives ample time and a reason to go round farming for green items in the lower level areas... one hit kill.. and such.

Rolling out a new character: Blood Elf Rogue

Now that I reached my goal of aquiring a Travelers Tundra mammoth I decided that I would start a new character, this time for my second character I chose a Blood Elf Rogue Female known as Espiranda.

A Mammoth of an Event

Today I finally managed to save up 17,000 Gold and finally purchased the "Travelers Tundra Mammoth" its a great mount and you get an award known as "Traveler's Tundra Mammoth". Shown below

While we are on the subject of Mammoths I came across another player riding a different type of mammoth in Daralan so I decided to get us to pose for the camera, hope you like it.

The "Travelers Tundra Mammoth" is one of the faster mammoth mounts with 100% speed. This mount also comes with two NPC vendors known as "Hakmud of Argus " and "Gnimo ". These are really both useful NPC's to have with you. You can buy trade items from Hakmud including some great health & mana items, and are able to repair your tools on the go with the Tinker. The only thing missing is a "Mailbox" hint hint!!!! and the Kitchen Sink!

Its time "two" Turtle!

The animals came in two by Two... when traveling around Dalaran I came across another player with the rare and elusive "Sea Turtle" mount! Awesome! The Sea Turtle Mount is a mount that can be found through fishing. 

A celestrial event....

While wandering through Dalaran I came across a group of 5 or so players all grouped on Celestrial Steeds, looked amusing so its worth a write.

Future Plans Anouncement

As you can see www.SimplyWarcraft.com is basically a blog site for which I found a Blogger compatible free CSS WOW themed template. In the near future I plan on improving the site by adding a wow item database so that visitors can find out how to get certain items and where to find them in the game. I also plan on re-designing the site with a brand new face-up design.
It should be fun but will take a few months to complete the transition.

Achievement: One that didnt get away

Today I have been working on my fishing achievements, after about a hour and half of fishing in Ironforge for Ironjaw and having no luck I managed to capture a 17 pound Catfish... unsure as to what this is I found it can be carried in the offhand but has no use not even for an achievement.


From there I looked into finding other rare fish for the "One that didnt get away" achievement.
For this achievement I need to capture at least one of the following rare fishes:
